1. Turn left onto Fraser Street, stay in the left lane
2. Look for the DUO basement parking entrance on your left, just before the end of the street
3. Enter and proceed to Basement 1 or 2
4. ⚠️ There are two lift lobbies — take the Andaz lift lobby (not the DUO one, which leads to the office tower)
5. Take the lift to Level 25

🚕 By Private Hire (Grab / Gojek / Taxi)

• Please search for "Andaz Singapore by Hyatt", and make sure that the address is for "5 Fraser Street".
• Navigate to the Level 2 drop-off point, which should bring you into the hotel lobby.
• Enter the hotel, and take the lift (on the left after entering the lobby) up to Level 25.

Alight at Bugis Station.

1. Once you see Killiney and 7-Eleven, turn right and continue straight.
2. You'll see a set of escalators on the left -- do not take the escalators up. Instead, continue walking past Luckin Coffee and look on the left for a door to a small lift lobby. (⚠️ The lift lobby is easy to miss, keep an eye out for it!)
3. You should be at Basement 3. Take the lift to Level 25, which brings you directly to the restaurant.

• From Downtown Line (DTL) (recommended): Look for Exit F, which should be on the right after the tap-out gantry.
• From East West Line (EWL): Navigate towards the Downtown Line platform and take Exit F. Otherwise if you have already exited the station, look for signs towards Downtown Line / Exit F.

Navigate towards Downtown Line (DTL) platform if you are coming from the EWL.

🚌 By Bus

If you are not taking MRT, you might need to navigate to Andaz from street level instead.

1. Navigate to Duo Galleria (street level) and find the escalator opposite Joe & Dough.
2. Take the escalator up, and you should arrive at the lobby of DUO Towers (an office building). Instead, turn right towards the driveway.
3. Turn left and walk along the driveway to the entrance of Andaz Singapore.
4. You'll arrive at the main lobby on Level 2. Take the lift (on the left) up to Level 25.
